Neth Chantha was born in Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia. After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree (1988) in Germany in the fields of Social Science & Management, she worked in the Administration unit of the Ministry of Industry Mine and Energy. In 1995, she worked at AMARA organization that is a group of women working in NGOs and the social service of the government. Her duties were Secretary, Administration, and Finance. She assisted in organizing meetings, conferences, and program training. From 1996 till the present, she has worked for the Cambodian Institute for Cooperation and Peace, starting as Secretary, Chief of Administration, and the Deputy Executive Director in charge of the Administration and Finance Unit.
